CURRENT OPEN POSITION
MT2 is currently seeking an HR Generalist individual to become a member of our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills, as this role will be heavily focused on Recruiting, Onboarding, Benefits.
To be successful in this role, education and experience are essential.
This position requires a minimum of 3-5 years of prior experience in Human Resources in a construction industry environment. A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. SHRM or HRCI Credentials required (minimum of 3 years).

Compensation: Range $48,000 to $60,000 (salary to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities). This should be considered a good faith estimate.
